At FAFL, our mission is clear: Empowering individuals to live successfully. We believe that every family deserves the tools and support needed to thrive..
We implement a proven, research-based treatment philosophy rooted in the Re-ED (Re-Education of Emotionally Disturbed Children) model, which focuses on strength-based, ecological interventions. Additionally, we are one of the few organizations in the United States to utilize Multi-systemic Therapy (MST), an intensive, family- and community-centered approach designed to address the complex needs of youth and their support systems.
Assessment with Purpose: Understanding problems within their broader systemic and social context.
Strength-Based Approach: Emphasizing positive attributes and systemic strengths to drive change.
Action-Oriented Interventions: Focusing on present challenges with clear, achievable goals.
Accountability & Evaluation: Continuously measuring progress and adapting strategies to ensure success.
Empowerment & Sustainability: Equipping caregivers with skills to maintain positive change across all areas of life.
Be a Mentor!
Every young person deserves to have someone in their corner—a trusted guide, a positive role model, a steady source of encouragement. At FAFL, we see the incredible impact a single, caring adult can have on a young life.
